I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Lakshmi Pearl Casa Apartment in Munnekolala in 2012. This is to provide honest review for future buyers with this builders.

At the time of booking the flat, we were promised to get Occupation Certificate, NO penthouses, Kaveri water connection etc but even after 2 year of possession, these remain empty promises. Builders have conned customers and constructed penthouses for self use, and deferring Kaveri connection though money is collected initially from all. With so much deviations, there's no scope of Occupation Certificate or A Khata. Moreover builders have kept land in their names which is unethical.

Story won't be any different at their new site AASHRAYA Enclave in Whitefield. I had great relations and respect for these well mannered and soft spoken guys but seeing my hard earned money and peace going down the drain.

Suggest all to refrain from such small time builders even if you save some initial costs. Its always better to go with reputed builders who are known to deliver on all proper documents and services besides the bricks and walls. Also take written agreement on all deliverables.
