I bought an apartment in Vijay Royal Classic From Kumar Constructions owned by one Chndrashekhar and Vijay kumar .They have two more projects called Koncept vijay Residency and Vijay Royal Splendour

The quality of construction is pathetic.They claimed that they use best quality of material for construction.But with in an year Cracks started occuring in building and also Tiles in bathroom starts breaking.

Also in many other apartment in Vijay royal classic we have problem with leakage and other plumbing issues

The builder has no interest in apartment other than selling it.He is not willing to fix any issues even after calling many times.There is also issues with building document , so that we had to pay huge amount of money to regularize it .

Please avoid buying from this unethical builder .There are many such complaints about their other buildings also like Koncept Vijay residency.
