My wife and I decided to settle in Bangalore since our only child is all set in the US. Our only condition was to buy an independent villa in Sarjapur Road, which is the prime location, close to Electronic city, Marathahhi, and other such commercial areas of the city. One of my relatives had bought a 4 BHK villa near Sarjapur Road by KRK ventures, a few months back. I was impressed by the property and the amenities. It’s been 7 years now, and we are very happy here. I can’t deny that it was a great deal and one of the best decisions I have made in terms of investments. It has a sustainable commune with excellent design and architecture. It has all the amenities to live in luxury and relax. Everything is as promised, and the team is dedicated to providing the best to its customers. Even after buying the house, the staff was in my touch to serve better. I am looking forward to purchasing another property or villa near Ecospace by KRK Ventures only. BEWARE! paid advance and lost money due to absconding M.D. of KRK Mr.Kannan and his henchman Prabhakar, case own at Consumer court but no use, police could not trace MD.
