I booked a flat in Krisumi Waterfall Residences and want to share my experience to help other buyers make an informed decision.

  1. 100% payment was completed in January 2025, but I have not received any clear possession date yet.

  2. Only one site visit was allowed after full payment, and it was not conducted properly. Some areas were not shown. I requested a second visit, but no response so far.

  3. Lease details and flat drawings are still not shared, despite multiple follow-ups.

  4. Getting any response from the team takes a lot of time, which causes delays in planning.

  5. I have spoken to other buyers who are also facing similar problems.

I believe real estate companies should be transparent and provide timely updates to customers.


I hope Krisumi takes action to improve its customer service and resolve these concerns.
