Poor construction and very poor maintenance

The cracks in the walls and facade start to show in 2-3 years. Our property was maintained by Kay Arr after construction for 4 years, 1.2Lacs per year is what they charge for totally negligent mediocre services. Wouldn't recommend buying or renting Kay Arr properties
