I am a owner in Janhavi Paradise. The builder's quality is shoddy with lots of leakage and cracks. The builder is the sell it and forget it types.


He has not handed over all details of the property. Now when there is a Raja Kaluve issue coming up, he just refuses to entertain any communication with us. In fact, he refused to hand over maps and property documents(relating to village map, survey details), etc.


Be willing to take up a flat at your own risk.
