Mr. T.V.Srinivasa Murthy the MD of Sri Balaji Builders & Developers, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, who collected huge sums from prospective flat buyers is an outright cheat. He stopped construction of Jaithra Towers at chandapur, Bengaluru and also never started working on the proposed project Jaithra sadhana, Some of the members appealed in consumer forum, and the cheques issued by srinivasa Murthy is being bounced in some cases. He was also reportedly arrested by Hebbagodi police in the month of July 2015 in a cheating case. He seems to be a x rated liar and has no fear of law. This man Srinivasa murthy for the past 3-4 years is causing trauma and hardships for more 70 buyers, some of them retired employees, who have invested life savings for the assured flats but for no avail. It is suggested that such deceivers in the guise of builders must be put out of market for the good of the Industry.
