Review On Ittina Builder

Beware of Ittina Mahaveer. I was the owner, already sold my flat and will never recommend anyone to stay here. Reason is -

1. Association - Many comes to association every time. Why they come, I will not tell here. You can easily find few names who always come to association. And if any big projects are there, 100% there name will be there(Do the verification with anyone in Ittina for this).

2. No Respect to Tenants - Owners think, they are the superio and never give value to tenants.

3. Bachelors are more - Just for some extra money, owners give their flat to bachelors.

4. Not Pet friendly - Association people are king, make rules as per their need. One time, they got notice from Menaka Gandhi also.

5. High Maintenance - Maintenance are high with zero facility.

6. Building Issue - Whatever amount you spend, you will find leakages easily.
