Conclusion: The flat was cancelled due to medical reason fund requirement. Many follow ups done for refund including RERA complain but in-spite of RERA order coming in customer favour, the amount has not been refunded till date. Since April 2017, there are more than 100+ follow up mail done by the customer with builder representatives mentioned above, but not refund has been done till now.

After lot of search I visited skyview project of this developer and found this project very attractive for living, all the amenities and facilities are provided as per the requirement of residents, This project is located at one of the best location that provides good connectivity to nearby places

I have worked in this company august 2018 to december 2018.At the end of december they force me for resignation.i did resign.Now after more then six month they are not giving salary.

This project is affordable with all amenities, we are happy satisfied with good construction work, staff was very cordial, project is near by airport and we will good view, circulation and ventilation is very good and its well planned, the right investment for my hard earned money I have got the possession feeling

The best construction company I came across, very supported staff, welcome was good at the time of visit, the project is located in such prime location accessible for super markets, bus stop, atm's...over all awesome project and very humble staff..I liked the project a lot

Seems Fraud company-They call for walkin interview, A Mallu HR-show busy at office. will conduct 6-7 days multiple stage of interviews even he Ask for  project site visits. those sites are looks like stoped a decade back.

Ultimately no one they will consider. says stupid reasons Pretending like forgoten everything when they call to collect  offer letter dont know why. it may somethng trick

funnyest thing is- on waiting full day at their office. If u ask for a tea to Chai wala, he wil replay you that" sorry we cant give you management will scold us & regect.

guys, be aware to meet such harassment company &unprofessional people, they dont know value of human resource policy

Its a really good company with great employees, I had planned on maybe investing on one flat but after meeting with the sales department, I'm happy to say that I have bought 3 flats from them at great prices and the customer service is so good that if I have any issues I just call one number and they help me out in the best possible way. This is the worst company, please dont call, ull waste ur time.

the people are trying to work but still the upper level management trying to squeeze in every last rupee has led this company on a downword slide, the people are working their best but hr and the upper level team are always present to cut salaries

We invested in a 3 BHK flat that in township promoted by Indya Estate in project called the Greens on Anekal Road. Possession is overdue by 2 years now, Several buyers have united and are now taking legal action against this unethical builder. The towers only skeletons without interiors, no internal roads, no drainage, no club house, no sports zone, no swimming pool etc. All facilities promised and advertised are conspicuous by absence. In the meantime we hear that the builder has launched several new projects, had a gala entertainment event in Dubai most probably with our money.

Builder promised delivery date by December, 2014 extendible by six months to June 2015 but it is now October 1, 2016, and the flat has not been delivered. This is despite the fact that 90-95% of the loan amount has been disbursed by financial institutions. Now banks have stopped disbursements.

Builder lies that work is going on. When buyers visit the site there is no activity. I visited the site in September. An employee of the company, an engineer, informed me the construction team at the site has not received monthly plans so there is no activity. Many engineers have resigned or been laid off by the company.

Last week the builder floated news that they are taking bridge loans from bank to complete project and work has restarted. Again it was a lie. Another buyer visited the site and learned the truth. No work!

I have heard the company has started new projects and is doing intensive marketing in Dubai. Be WARNED! This is an unethical builder!

Indya estates duplicity of Orange Properties. They have looted cores of rupees from Bangalore property buyers, now they have started in a new name. So that people will not come to know the truth,

I know them very well. I am writing this note so that the property buyers in Bangalore will safe there money. Even you cant find any information about Indya Estates reviews in Google. But you will start seeing their reviews after they cheat and run away.
