Bangalore is a very fast developing city. It is the IT Hub of India and is one of the best investment destinations in India. I had been to Bangalore a few years back and was very happy with the climate of Bangalore so I decided to invest in a plot in Bangalore. I was approached by Indira plot developer in bangalore, they had a few bungalow projects and plotting projects on the outskirts of Bangalore. I was very keen in buying of of their plot located just 20 kms away from Airport.

I had made it very clear that I would only purchase a clear title plot. They said that their plot is clear title but on further investigation from trusted sources from my end I found out that the plots that they were selling were Agricultural plots and there was a case going on the plot for sale. So I decided to backout from the deal. They have a very good office and decent staff but before buying from them please have a look at all documents in detail.
