Hm Symphony, Bangalore

Its not a review. Want some help.

I am looking to buy a Ready to move in 3 BHK flat around Sarjapur Road. Can anybody suggest me about a good property? I am too confused between HM Harmony, Prestige Ferns and SJR WaterMark. Prestige is a big brand, and I never heard of SJR or HM before this. But looking around the HM flat, I liked it but not comfortable with the builder's name. Please if somebody can assist me choosing the right property. It will be a great help.

In HM Symphony, the space design (maximum use of available space) in the flat is very good. However, the builder cheated every owner by using very poor quality of fittings, poor workmanship, huge gaps between floor tiles which is an eye sore (Owners have to spend a lot of money to get all the tiles redone). Many owners feel cheated by the quality of work and promises unkept by the builder.

To retain the good-will of the company, builder definitely needs to treat customers well and run the show ethically.

Disappointed with the builder.
