Renting out an apartment in a HM building is the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. They will not respond to anything on time. I was given the apartment in a horrible condition with none of painting or cleaning done as they had promised. Several things broke down in the apartment and they weren't fixed on time despite several emails and calls. It has been nearly 6 months and I am still making phone calls to these people every day to find out if my issues will be fixed.
