I already got 2 plots (30×40) each registered for my kids. Whenever i visit the side (last visit was more than 6 months back) no development at all. Whenever I msg them no response from their side. They do all the follow up till the time of registration, after that zero. My advise to people who want to invest in that area - around Jangamamkottai - meet other developers n hope for something more genuine.

From the time of site visit, to paying advances n finally getting the sites registered it was almost a 5 year process n at the end of the exercise none of the amenities they promised initially are in place. Now, i cant even identify my piece of land there. Think before u fall prey to their tactics.

Is Hiland realty a responsible Developer company?

I and my co-brother had booked three plots in LM 3 proect in August 2016, so far we are not able to et the possession and when ever we try to call them, the Manager Lakshmi is on leave or there is no response.

If we call the reception, first they ask your name, speak to someone and then respond that the concern person is on leave or in a meeting, and will give a callback. Never expect a callback, as they don't care for their customer, so far as seen in my case.

Please beware to deal with this company.
