Anupam life style villas project construction work started in April 2013, with a promise of delivering world class amenities within 24 months of booking, I have booked my villa on Feb 2013, unfortunately construction work progressed in snail pace after and stalled the work many times because of Alok(Builder) incompetency to run with this project in managing landowner part of villa construction, mobilizing the funds and resources to carryout the construction.

Current status - Out of 56 Villas planned only 3 villas handed over only around Jan 2017 with~2 years delay so far including my villa without any basic amenities like road, proper compound wall, street lights, permanent electricity, STP etc. from last 6 months time work at site come to grinding halt, there was no firm commitment from builder when he will start the work, complete all the remaining villa's construction, when he will complete the common amenities and when he will complete the club house

Complete project being managed unprofessionally, out of 56 Villa's 22 Villa owner paid 90% of money and builder come out with excuse he was so far unable to mobilize the required money to progress with the work
