Hi Every One,

I booked a plot in Green Infratech Shankar Nagar Layout Situated at Doddaballapura Road, These people cheated me more over Raja Reddy. He is a manager item only, he is not a manager he is a damager.

So please friends don't take any plots from these people, They told bank loan will be Provided after taking my amount no one is responding and none of the bank is not ready to fund the loan for this project.

Last month we purchased 30x40 size residential site in one of the layouts developed by Green Infratech and we are very pleased and satisfied with their service and as well about the legal clearity of the property titles we were so happy to have got a wonderful property in such a promising location and seems to be very potential investment for future.

We are very glad to have got an opportunity like this and uses this forum to thank Green Infratech the company and their promoters Mr. Bhaskar and their team for helping us without their great help this would have not possible. Best Wishes to All.

I had a bad experience with Green Infratech, property marketing company in race course road, they where people behind Maxworth reality India bangalore. Now they have made that a fraud company and now new venture green infratech beware of the cheats Bhaskar, Ambrish and Vijay all three are cheating people and selling fake sites with no approvals.
