This builder is cheater he is offered us following amenities:

Lap Pool (available but not in condition to use).

Power Backup (available).

Rain Water Harvesting (available but not in condition to use).

Sewage Treatment Plant (available but not in condition to use).

Snooker.

Table Tennis.

Terrace Gazebo.

And has not even provided the basic amenities(Total amenities provided : 4) including STP. And now he is coming up with new venture in different name "Forest Hill Estate" (https://foresthillsestate.com/contactus.html). Dont ever trust this builder, he will only give promises and never complete projects.
