GRC Infra, Bangalore

I moved into my flat in November 2024 and have faced multiple issues since day one:

Cracks in the walls

Bathroom seepage

Water leakage during rains

And several other construction defects

When I raised these concerns directly with Mr. Rajesh(MD of GRC), things took an alarming turn. Mr. Karthik from the marketing team pushed me and used abusive language — in front of the MD, who stood by silently, effectively endorsing the behavior.

I had planned to buy a house in bangalore and I got to hear from this company from facebook. When I went they spoke to me such nicely that I couldnt even recognize their dual standards. They took the token amount of money from me for booking the flat. Due to unforeseen situations , I had to backout. Hence I requested them to pay my amount back around 20 days later. They troubled me so much that they wwre continuously delaying my repayment. Mr Pratap the sales manager behaved adamantly with me and was unncessarily delaying the repayment of my token amount. Its the worst even experience as I had to pay for medical charges of my grandmother and they delayed it so much that I had to go for a loan again. Please beware of this builder. The locality where the project is developed too will not boom anytime. No bus facility and have to walk for around 1.5 kms from main road.
