After paying the token amount of ₹;1, 00, 000, I contacted the builder within three days to inform them that I no longer wished to proceed with the booking and requested a refund. This was well within seven days of the payment. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, I have not received any response. I eventually reached out to the sales team, who informed me that the CRM team is neither processing the refund nor responding to any inquiries. The sales manager, Anil, has made sincere efforts to assist, but even he has been unable to get a response from the CRM team.
