Fraud builder, not refunding booking amount.

I booked 2 plots in Global White Pearl Phase 3 of this project in Aug 2022 on paying 1L Rs as booking amount. Every few months from that date, they kept on promising that plots will be ready for registration until 1 day after 2 years they said that they cannot stick with the promised price. So I decided to cancel the plot in February 2025 and I was promised that my booking amount(forget about interest) would be refunded by June. But from then onwards, every week I started getting emails that they dont have funds to refund my booking amount.

I asked them to arrange call to MD but he is so busy that he cannot talk over phone as well.

Unlike other guys whose review you would have read, I also wasted opportunity to invest elsewhere because I trusted these guys.

My Humble and genuine request, pls stay away from this Builder and pls save ur hard earned money.
