🚨 WARNING to All Home Buyers: My Ongoing Fraud Experience with Global Developers(Golden Pearl Villas, Bangalore)

🟥 UPDATE(6 July 2025):

Despite repeated written promises(see attached official email from their CRM team stating refund by 5 April 2025), Global Developers has still not refunded my money. I shared my bank details long ago. Now, theyve suddenly asked me to visit their office instead completely reversing their commitment. They even called today saying ₹;25, 000 would be transferred via UPI, but no money came.

Worse, they are now demanding that I remove my reviews before they transfer the refund. This is unethical, coercive, and unacceptable.

🔍 My Experience:

I booked Villa No. N-19 in Golden Pearl by Global Developers, located at:

Golden Pearl Villas, Indlabele, Sarjapur Road, Attibele, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562107

Since July 2023, Ive been chasing a refund. After conducting legal due diligence(Ref: ALA/NB/JAN-71/2024), I discovered:

❌ No RERA approval

❌ No DC Conversion

❌ No Khatha

❌ No Layout Approval

Every month, I was told the refund is coming soon but nothing materialized.

📢 My Request to Fellow Buyers:

Please do not fall into the same trap. Verify every document, consult a lawyer, and demand proof of approvals before paying even a token amount.

All evidence emails, calls, messages is saved, and legal action is in progress.
