GBP - Unprofessional and non-Committed Group

They are REALLY unprofessional, non committed group. They can go at any limit while selling property to a customer. I bought two flats in GBP Athens in 2016 in buy back plan. They made a commitment of three years for buy back. Till the time GBP is liable to pay monthly interest to bank. Three years were completed in 2019 and when talked to them for buy back they said your agreement was made in 2017 after one year of payments made because they got RERA approval after one year which was NEVER conveyed to me. In that duration they stopped making payments to bank for 3 months which affected to my CIBIL score. After waiting another year now they say we have no money so cannot say when will they process Buy back. Not just this they are also stopped making payments to bank and forcing me to make payments myself which was NEVER be a plan. Now banks are after me for making payments and GBP is not proceeding for buy back. The best thing is that there is NO ONE who talk to you you, They just pass you to one another person. FINALLY one staff member agreed to conduct my meeting with MD Satish Bansal but its more than 15 days I am still waiting for that meeting even after doing daily followup on phone. What kind of company it is where MD has no freaking 10 minutes to talk to his customer. I will never recommend anyone to go with GBP group. They are a fraud.

I bought a flat at GBP Camellia ext. 2yrs ago. Possession was in Jan2020. But the construction work is on hold since 1yr.The management is not cooperating at all. I am paying PEMI since Jul 20 for no reason. If anyone is willing to take a legal action then we can join hands and fight together.

Pathetic. Disgraceful. Shameless people. Completely unprofessional.

I booked a flat at GBP Camellia. Took a heavy loan. 80% of the loan given to them. Flat possession is due for 8 months now and the interest payment is due for 1 year.

Blood suckers these people are. They won't pick up your calls. When they pick, they don't know what to say. Unprofessional.

Please, save your mind, effort and time. Do not buy from them. Do not invest in their properties. Refrain others to do so.

Very Bad and unhappy experience with them ..Not satisfied with them fraud people ...not paying emi of flat and also no progress of construction, please don't invest in this group ......if your condition is also same and you are not able to get your money back then let's form a group and combinley get our money back and file a case against them.

I bought a plot in GBP ROSEWOOD PHASE 1, six years ago. Two years ago when I went to MC Office derabassi, they told me GBP GROUP has sold me a plot which falls in EWS category. So they can't approve my construction map.

Also please aware other people so that they think twice before investing in GBP GROUP properties.

There are total 80 EWS plots in GBP Rosewood and they have sold all to general category.

These plots should have been sold to poor people and in less than half rate.

GBP Group is one of the best group of builders I have ever come across in Punjab. I had heard about their Rose Valley Estate project and it was quite impressive. I had always dreamt of owning a luxury house. As my business started flourishing in Punjab, I got in touch with this company. I told them all the specific needs that I wished to see in my dream home. I am amazed as to how attentive their team was. They giving me suggestions as well. At last, when the project was complete and my luxury home was constructed, I was happy to see it. My family finds the interior of the home to be very modern and distinguishing from the kinds of luxury interiors we have seen. I am sure that the company has a fine knowledge of luxury real estate. I had a positive experience with GBP Group.
