GBP - Unprofessional and non-Committed Group

They are REALLY unprofessional, non committed group. They can go at any limit while selling property to a customer. I bought two flats in GBP Athens in 2016 in buy back plan. They made a commitment of three years for buy back. Till the time GBP is liable to pay monthly interest to bank. Three years were completed in 2019 and when talked to them for buy back they said your agreement was made in 2017 after one year of payments made because they got RERA approval after one year which was NEVER conveyed to me. In that duration they stopped making payments to bank for 3 months which affected to my CIBIL score. After waiting another year now they say we have no money so cannot say when will they process Buy back. Not just this they are also stopped making payments to bank and forcing me to make payments myself which was NEVER be a plan. Now banks are after me for making payments and GBP is not proceeding for buy back. The best thing is that there is NO ONE who talk to you you, They just pass you to one another person. FINALLY one staff member agreed to conduct my meeting with MD Satish Bansal but its more than 15 days I am still waiting for that meeting even after doing daily followup on phone. What kind of company it is where MD has no freaking 10 minutes to talk to his customer. I will never recommend anyone to go with GBP group. They are a fraud.
