after booking no one there to listen your query regarding possession. not sure why Gaur Group Paying salary to them, all are care less.

I have living in this society for some time there are too many issues with electricity Maintenance people doesn't do their job properly

The quality of plumbing and electrical wiring is very poor. please check quality of plumbing works for seepage a wiring before taking the possession . the flat is handed over with a promise to fix the fault by the maintenance team but the rectification will be postponed giving different reasons for one year . after that you have to pay for all the materials required to fix the problem .
