Gajanana Sumuk is making my home with in a very responsible manner and putting the effort to make all customers satisfied by all means. I and one of my friends had bought two houses with samarth Realty It is a great experience in life to buy homes with them and pleasure to deal with this builder.

I had deposited my money to another builder before come to hear about samarth realty. I am so lucky I found this builder later. Otherwise, I am sure I couldn't build my house at all due to that high cost of home in city. I am very happy with the cost and quality of the building.

Very good project at nice location at my affordable price .we had been there to see the project .and my family liked the project and its floor plan .that what my family is looking for it, and we met the residents who is already staying their .there are very much happy .and the school are very near, which save the time for the kids .

Dont believe negative comments about samarth realty builders,

which are providing all the legal documents and amenities as well. Compare to other builders these are providing all the amenities. salemanager are too co operative they had given valuable information. iam happy with this builders

They provide better amenities along with flat which are having a low cost as compared to other real estate company rate.
