I purchased my Chennai Apartment from GRN and they delivered(almost) on time and I am quite satisfied with the quality of construction. The entire process went on smooth right from the day of inquiry until delivery of the possession. In terms of organization GRN is not a fancy setup like other premium builders but their service was excellent.

All the required ameneties like lift, power backup, security system, solar power heater, car parking etc had been provided as part of the basic price(don't expect club house, swimming pool etc)
