Review On Expat Properties India Limited, Mumbai

We have been cheated big time as had fully paid up on the three properties by bank certifed cheques for which have all the receipts. We are in Goa today to visit then for the 6th time and we are told there nothing they can do and that we have to wait. When we reached their Bangalore office we were given names of peole to contact for the various projects and none of them is there. We did manage to call tem and they said we have left the company. This is going on since 2016. Was advise by the panchayat that the Taloja property will never be ready for at lest 6-8 years as there is a major dispute. Vida on our property there are just pillars and 4 walls this has been there since 2017. Tiroa/Shiroda there is not even marking on the site for various propert sizes which they have been promising
