Delay in project completion and refusing refund

The project was supposed to be completed by july 2018 and in a case of exigency a further delay of 6 months as per the contract would be december 2018 or jan 2019.

Till date the registration process has not been initiated and there is no status update or reply to email sent on [protected]@expat-group.com. The previous email ids of the relationship manager are no longer active.

As per the agreement clause I want a refund of the amount invested.
