There are many a times when the developers are not been able to sell the flats that is apparent when the developers or the dealers have nothing but attractive offers in their premium segments. This is seen as a last trick to impress the buyer and comes as a bait.

A lot of fuss has been caused which can be factored in by the corruptions that goes around as a process of seeking approvals from the government before actually working on a project. This somehow leads to creating a poor impression for the customers that are actively involved.

There are many vendors that are not able to effectively pay the real estate agents their fair share of 2 parent or 3 percent charges that is a must give as a part of the deal that is completed from the agents end.

In contrast to all the efforts that were aimed towards falling of all the new properties, it has been seen since the last few years that the property prices have not fallen any close to 50% since the past 3 months.

There is no space to park my car here and some days I do not even get space outside my house, which is ridiculous as so much of my time goes in finding the perfect spot.

They are taking million of years to give us possession and the customer service does not bother to reply so do not waste your money on this project of theirs!

There are many projects that are currently under construction and have not been built as per the load estimated. This has led to many buyers having a lack of credibility among the buyers who now unsure as to whether to invest or not.

The builder promised us that he would make sure that the work would be done on time and if it does not we would get our compensation but niether did we get our compensation and niether did we get our house any where close to the date that he mentioned.

My customer id with expat is C1204056 and am a customer from Chennai. We have booked two 1/2 acre plots in expat mangalam project

during 2014 and 2015 with booking numbersB1308546 and B1204462 with a total consideration of 535, 000 INR per half acre.

We have paid the monies and we have payment receipts.

We have been chasing expat ever since, to register the plots. There are so many people who we were in contact with, and no one

takes responsibility or accountability to answer and resolve our queries. And now no one responds to phone calls, in chennai, bangalore or pune offices.

Finally when we understood we are not getting responses, we sent cancellation request as well in 2017. Refer attached images
