I want to warn everyone about the dishonest practices of Silver Kites Residential Layout by EssEnn Infra Township Pvt Ltd, along with their channel partners, owner, and manager. They make false promises and will do everything they can to convince you to book a plot. Once you pay the booking amount, getting your money back is nearly impossible if you cancel the booking.

If, for any reason, you decide to cancel, they will initially tell you that it will take 60 days to process the refund, but in reality, they have no intention of refunding you. They will block your number if you try to follow up. I have personally been struggling to get my refund for the past four months, and now they are avoiding my calls entirely.

A sales representative named Suryansh came to my house to convince me to pay the booking amount, and he turned out to be a complete fraud. I strongly advise the public not to waste their hard-earned money on these people.

I also urge Silver Kites' authorities to take action and help me get my money back.
