I booked 3 flats in Silver Homes-3 back in January 2024. Their sales agents continuously pushed us to clear the remaining payments by December 2024, and we eventually paid 100% of the amount. However, even after 7 months of full payments, the registry is still not done.


Their team has consistently misled us. Despite repeated follow-ups, no lift has been installed yet. What's even more concerning is that no one from the actual builders side appears for registry. It turns out that the people we interacted with are only from a marketing agency they collect payments and forward them to the original builder, which leads to delays in registry and no accountability.


In short, this project lacks transparency and trust. I strongly advise against buying a flat here.
