I am extremely disappointed with how Bhutani Infra, especially Mr. Vikas Gupta, has treated me as a customer.
I gave a cheque for a booking in Bhutani Sector-150, and the cheque was deposited, but the booking was never confirmed. Later, Mr. Vikas Gupta told me to invest in Bhutani Sector-133 Avenue instead and promised that the Sector-150 amount would be refunded within 3 months.
Its been over 9 months now still no refund.
He even promised to pay double the amount from his own pocket if the refund was delayed. Now, he doesn't take my calls or respond to my messages.
Ive also contacted Bhutani customer care at 999123xxxx, and spoke to Ms. Shrishti and Ms. Bhavna, but they had no answers. They only said, We will forward your query, but I never got any response back.
After multiple follow-ups, Ms. Ashna Bhutani promised that the refund would be done by 21st July 2025, then changed the date to 24th July, and then again to 29th July but every time she failed to deliver. Shes also unreachable now.
Even Mr. Love, CRM for Vikas Gupta, made promises and now he too has stopped responding.
This entire experience has been mentally exhausting and emotionally frustrating. It feels like Bhutani Infra is only interested in selling property once they get your money, they stop treating you like a customer.
I have all written proof of the promises made.
If my refund is not processed immediately, I will have no choice but to take legal action and continue sharing my experience publicly to warn others.
Invest wisely. Think twice before trusting Bhutani Infra.
