Very very bad developers

Once purchased you regret life long. They take money but never fulfill your dream home commitments. No respect towards customers. There are lot of people suffering already with these builder. Please do not try your luck. Once they get there investment back they never care further. Elegant Builders are only for making money

Elegant builders and developers have done more than 10 projects but from the recent projects they lost reputation. For example, the project in Jakkur called Elegant Embassy North got delayed very much. Individual flat completion took lot of time after registration.

Flat buyers have to chase staff to do petty things. Buyers are really frustrated. Only builders gets all the money customers are ignored. Amenities are not ready, lifts are not ready but people are having tough time without all these. Be careful before buying from these builders.

Hi friends,

Elegant Builders and Developers is one of the leading construction organizations in Bangalore. I saw their buildings and apartments designs. Really they are very attractive and heart touching structures. They always recommended a unique architecture .Most of the building in Bangalore are planned and build by this organization. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Their payment and billing process is also very transparent and professional. Very cooperative to queries I raised, help in paper work for the loan and extending the billing dates requests whenever I requested with reason.

I think I made a good decision to book an apartment in Elegant Whispering Winds.

Just visited Elegant Whispering winds model apartment, and I must say it is real value for money! the Marketing team are really courteous and explained about each and every thing very patiently. the construction quality was pretty good. and I even managed to get a big chunk of discount! really impressed!

Elegant Builders and Developers is trusted property developers in Bangalore. I prefer Elegant Builders and developers provide best in real estate deals at reasonable price with luxury apartments. I have satisfied with their property development.
