I have already booked a house with Edifice builders and personally verified the documents and other necessary papers. I didn't face any problem till now .I am very much happy with their presentation. I am in a public platform to support them as I already booked a house with them .

I can say One of the best builder in Bangalore in Edifice Builders. The services offered by them are really superb. The amenities provided by them are up to the mark. Edifice is the best in Bangalore.

I am Asha, I have bought a 3bHK house from Edifice builder 1 year  back in Almond Tree in Yelahanka. I personally happy to say that I got quality house which is extremely good and the amenities, the doors, windows, the electrical sockets, the tile, the construction materials, the comfortable place for vehicle parking almost all good. Within my budget I got my house with the quality of materials I’m very much happy with this builder.

If anyone is searching home to buy just go to Edifice builder office with that aim, but without having second thought in your mind.

A builder with good thoughts and work ethics, who tries to put the customer first. The sales team, always listen to us and provide fantastic solutions, the management team and everyone associated with the project has totally impressed us.

They have always put us first. We had many different questions as we are buying home first time and asked questions surrounding legality, Commencement certificates, quality, approvals etc, but everything was in black and white and clear and answered to our satisfaction. The ease with which we got our loan approved was also facilitated by the builder. They have proved themselves masters in the business, and shown we can depend on them. They have transparency and honesty in paper works and fund dealing. If I were to describe one employee who has totally impressed us and emphasized with us is Mr. Asif. from the sales team, a very pleasant person and sensitive to our needs. I wish there are more of his type in the team.

Worth to buy from Edifice Builders

I have seen lots of project of different builders but nobody can beat the Edifice quality. One of my friends stay at Almond Tree in yelhanka.

Really it is very good row house. Proper ventilation, sun rays & cross air. Really it is very good to stay .The best part of this house is that it has very cool locality and best environment. It has all the amenities like swimming pool, Gym, Steam room and more. I am impressed by them.

This guy Nikhil Thard is a real parasite. He is one cheapo btd. Whenever you see or meet him please give him .50 paise. If you want to learn how to be cheap there is no better person to learn from other than Nikhil Thard. He does not have an ounce of humanity in him and is a real money hungry animal to say the least.
Overpriced for poor quality and false promises.

Visited their Villa Valley Project and was shocked by the quality of the project for the pricing they are asking. Seems like they are only good at making false promises when I met them in Dubai.

Also visited their row house project close by and was not impressed after speaking to one of the NRI owners there who was made similar promises. They have completed this row house project almost 4 to 5 years back and still have houses there unsold.

Seems like these people are only out there to make money with their false promises to us NRI's. Horrible experience and waste of my time.

Overall we achieved our objectives through Edifice Builders We have a design that reflects our wishes, meets our needs, minimized regulatory approval issue. It looks good, suits the surrounding architecture and overall it’s 'comfortable'. Base design is very good. We were comfortable with the price.

Overall I feel think we achieved good value. An excellent flat provider Edifice Builders recognized our available timings and adjusted their process. I would seriously look at dealing with Edifice Builders again.

I am an owner at Grand Edifice, and wanted to write down my experience with the project and builders. Even with a few uncertainties involved in the last stages of construction, the folks at Edifice Builders have been responsive to my queries and concerns. There were a few problems towards the time of the possession, as you can expect with nearly every property nowadays, but they could provide a good comfort factor by keeping me updated along the way.

I am very happy with the construction quality, and the reasonable number of flats was a big reason for me to choose this property. Add to this the fact that it is located in a prime location, close to the city as well as Whitefield, which is a place a lot of my friends have moved to recently, and I knew that I definitely wanted to live here!

Another very good aspect of choosing these builders was that they actually gave me the freedom to change around some layout aspects that I wanted within my apartment, as well as allowing me to start on the interiors even before taking possession(and we all know how long the interiors can take, so this was a big help!).

I would definitely recommend Edifice to any of my friends who are looking for real estate as well as if I ever want to(and am able to) invest in another property.
A comfortable space overall

I was looking to buy a property in or around Whitefield in close proximity to my workplace. Grand Edifice was a great fit for all of my requirements like proximity to a good school, proximity to my workplace, play area for my kids and friendly neighbours to socialize with. As a family our primary requisites were plenty of natural light and ventilation and it was quite a challenge to get this at any property that I saw or considered other than Grand Edifice.

As far as the buying process goes, I did not involve myself too much(other than signing papers and checks) as my brother in law is highly experienced in property transactions and he did most of the work for me.

We’ve lived here for around a year now and it has been quite a smooth transition from our previous place. The wife and kids are settling in well with all the amenities and features that the place has to offer.

I am owner of a property at GE. When I bought the flat, though there were hiccups in the handover, they were eventually sorted out. As far as I know, Edifice is the only builder in the whole of Sai Baba ashram road area who handed over the property on time as promised.

The builder let go a lot of amount to reach on a settlement at the time of handover. We closed so many issues peacefully. It is true that we have to see the good and bad points. These are common for any builders.

I am happy it’s my home and a damn good one.
I think one only gets what one deserves.

I just saw this comment and want to tell you more about this builder. I am an owner at Grand Edifice . My son was going out for education and we needed a lot of money for that. We had no choice but to sell our flat and contacted Edifice for help. This was in the middle of depression of 2009 and the company sold my inventory even though there were units of theirs available.

I think one only gets what one deserves.

Well its unfortunate that it has come to this, its so easy to blame someone else . Recently one of the owners who had issue with some of the owners , really took things in her hands . This is the transcript, well partial transcript the mail ran into 6 pages indicating how a few owners are over enthusiastic about things. Naming people is easy and everyone has a point of view.  I think as Indians we don’t know how to appreciate and we believe its always good to create controversy and blame the builder or the association for stuff but lets just let it be. I am happy with the builder and the property , my home is great and the light is amazing. I really love this place. I just wanted to write down as I cant let some unhappy person spoil my home’s reputation.

From what I know, Edifice Builders is the only builder who has refunded the service tax amount to their clients. As owners, we also need to understand and we should be positive on this.

I own a flat in Grand Edifice. MD of Edifice Builder(Nikhil Thard) is a big fraud. He is an ex infosysian and used to claim “using the same Infosys ethics with Edifice” is all big crap. Guys, Please don’t put any of your hard earned money in any of their projects. Nikhil Thard is involved in some illegal construction and he wants to earn money like any way. Please find some black and white proof of Nikhil’s illegality as below where he sent 15 workers to complete some illegal construction and threaten the association members and security guard

It is high time to safeguard your/our interest in Grand Edifice apartment.

To summarize the situation, Apartment C-504 was observed to have an illegal/permanent construction during Dec 2011 when the Apartment was still under Edifice Builders jurisdiction. In the follow up discussion The Builder's claim was that they have not allowed any construction on the mentioned terrace and the subjective owner's claim was that he bought the Apartment with a business clause that he will get permission from Edifice Builder to construct the permanent structure on terrace area of C-504.

Today, some 15 members have come to premise to complete the structure in a single swing.

If this piece of message is important to you, we(Grand Edifice Association) request your cooperation to protest this swing of illegal construction and suggest/initiate measures .

Edifice builders have been doing the best to pose themseleves as the most transparent and efficent builder with the flagship project in such a sorry state of finishing and basic miss outs well evident the moment one steps inside the apartment complex.

it is even more surprising that a reputed newspaper like TOI has gone ahead in their article to keep emphasizing on the points the builder is claiming in their ads as Design, Value and Convenience - a future of luxury that’s affordable, which is nothing but a marketing gimmix.

The newspaper should visit the site and review each and every point prior to even going ahead and nodding to the claims made by the builder.

the project has no water guarantee, the finishing is extremely poor, and the builder despite complains from the residents has not taken appropriate action reqd.

please come over and check the masterpiece lol that Edifice has created in terms of GRAND EDIFICE, before putting in your hard earned money in worthless projects like these.

During the merketing the edifice team comes across as the most promising team, however the shine just gets lost once you make all the payments.so please beware of the " transparency" promises claimed by this builder.

My new office is in Old Madras Road and when I relocated to Bangalore, company provided me the relocation facility for 15 days. I stayed at Company's Guest house at Grand Edifice in Old Madras Road. What a great apartment it is. To be very honest I have never seen such a big apartment and so many amenities. What an awesome place to live in.

After seen this apartment I decided by a house and contacted Edifice and booked a Row house, its their new project called Almond Tree in Yelhanka Very impressive and I am sure it's a construction benchmark and housing experience yardstick in Bangalore. The row houses gives a attractive views with nice interiors and laid back feel to it.
