Dwarkadhish Projects, Gurgaon

I have booked a flat in CASA sector-22, Dharuhera, also made 90% payment of the flat. The builder promised that they will give us the possession around 31st march 2018, but they fail, even till(19/05/2021) date, we are waiting for the flat possession. Very Bad experience with DPL.

I have made biggest mistake of my life by purchasing a flat with Dwarkadish. Pathetic builder material and on top of that Gangster housing society. They won’t let you have dog, your relatives can stay with you. No security. No Inter telecom , you can’t rent your property,

And the list is never ending. I would suggest people never buy property with Dwarkadish , you will regret.

DPL is looting us by delaying the project and knowingly delaying the RERA approval. Its a big fraud by DPL. My hard earned money getting wasted and can't do anything. Project has to be delivered in dec2017. Its no where near to completion. Paid 85% of amount. Paying the hefty EMI to the bank. Bank is declining any further payment. Builder is trying to cheat by asking for more money through mail without sending any demand letter and threating to pay the interest if amount is not paid. Bank is not approving any more amount as project is no where near to completion. They have started their other peojects...As a buyer i'm paying the price by EMI..

Hello DPL Team,

I have booked my dream home in Casa Romana in July-2014 with a verbal promise to deliver it by 2017.

Now first quarter has been gone of 2019 and still I am waiting for possession.

I have paid 85% of amount and paying EMI to bank on regular basis. No one from your sales team is confirming about possession dates.

I would not recommend to invest hard earned money with DPL.

Its quite good building.building are well structured at good place . Almost all appartment are filled. Here are good precision on bulding structure . All facilities are available in Dwarkadhish for new family . Very good security system in Dwarkadhish. This place is very good for family and bechlors

Ground for kids parents and grand parents are available.there is near By Hospital on approx 500mtrs.

this location is near by industrial area.easly employ can reach to their work.

Security and staffing is good.Financer and aishwaryasingh23ments can be made in EMI's.
