Durga Developers means no response after taking money, run behind them for everything even then only false promises. This builder DDPL https://ddpl97.com/ is a cheater and will not deliver any promises. They change their offices very often and also change the places they stay, so that people can't catch hold of them after selling the Flats. This builder is from Ranchi and uses cheap construction quality materials. Their first project in Bangalore was "SLV Apartment" in Hulimavu, Bannergatta Road with 52 Flats. Within 3 years, we started realizing how bad the quality of construction is, we can see the Wall cracks almost in all Flats and even the Beams and Pillars started getting cracks. In few Flats, there are Water seepage problems which require breaking the Wall. All due to sub-standard construction materials they have used. This group from Ranchi are tries to save money in all ways by compromising the quality and to make maximum profit. Hereby I'm attaching few current pictures. Its your money, think and enquire thoroughly before you buy dear friends. Don't get cheated by fake promises and carry away by their mannerisms.

One of my family members just bought a house in durga Petals. He and his wife are both IT professionals so it made sense to buy a property which is idealistically located somewhere in the IT Hub.

After doing a lot of site visits Petals property suited them the most in terms of location and also the amenities. I happened to visit Petals site with them and was impressed with the way the whole home buying experience was created.

To say the least, the facility that has been developed at their site is amazing to say.

I have had a very bad experience with this builder. His attitude is very "hitler style". He forces things on owners and asks for insane demands.

Asks for payment demand even before the construction for that stage is ready

Charges interest on delay of payments(due dates for payments is very  short and strict). Will not inform you of interest earlier and will ask  for a huge amount in the end.Charges interest on interest.

Very rude attitude in dealing with owners. never available for talks,

Poor quality of tiles/patterns/doors fixed

Agreement is all made  in his favor, for any illogical payments he quotes agreement which was  very cleverly made in his favour at the start

Didn't deliver the quality what it promised.
