Review On DS & JAKS Constructions, Bangalore

This company was called Aditi constructions for their previous 2 projects. They always change their company names for every 2 projects so that new customers do not come to know about how they cheat people.

Their first company was called Innovative Infra Projects where they built Aspen woods.

Then they floated a company called Aditi Constructions. They started 2 projects Aditi Exotica & Aditi Eloquent. Now they are called as DS & JAKS Construction building 2 projects Needs 3 Project 100 & Needs 3 Project 276. The common person in all these projects is one partner.

The history is they have never completed any project. They will take all the money and run away. The quality of construction is so bad that erosion of the pillars has started in the 1 year old Aditi Eloquent.

I am a customer of these builder in Aditi Eloquent. They left the project incomplete and do not respond to the customers complaints because they have got their money.

Some of the negatives of these builders:

1. The quality of the bricks they use is substandard. Initially till they get some significant booking they will use good bricks. After that it is only substandard

   
   




2. Cement used will be less quantity compared to sand. In one rain all the cement gets peeled off

   
   

3.Less said of the plumbing it is better!! one of the worst work of plumbing we have seen. They are not fit to call themselves builders...

1. They promised to get FIRE NOC/BWSSB connection. They did not get anything

   
   




2. They charged us amount for swimming pool/Gas bank. They did not complete anything and have run away.

   
   




3. Water stagnates in the pathways. They did not even level the cement in the walkways..

   
   

Please do not buy from this builder. You will be a one more victim in this guys clever method where he swindles people's money by floating new companies for every two projects.
