This apartment is located in right place for IT professionals. Easy access to public transportation, shops, hospitals, schools etc. A decent apartment with above average facilities makes it comfortable to live. Road to the apartment is pretty good and it is 100 meters from the HAL airport road. Most of the IT parks are nearby. Good restaurants and Supermarkets are at short distance. Children play area, Gym and club houses are some of the facilities people can enjoy.

I had worst experience there. I stayed in 4rth floor and they may look big as they are made on Roof . They become so hot during summer and there is no Ventilation. Houses are damanged, cracks are visible. Very difficult to survive.

They keep on increasing Maintainance charges, Facilities like Parking etc are not provided to 4th floor people.

Not vlaue for money.

I will never recommend to stay at Colosseo Ventures.
