He is a big cheater of Bangalore, you can see his layouts only on websites and brochures but in real when you visit the property he shows some land which is not maintained at all(rough lands, lands with unwanted trees), when we ask about the layout in real he will tell it will be developed in future, then only we can make out that he is a fake developer, the only thing his team is keen on is how to cut your pocket as early as they can. I suggest pls go for a branded and renowned developer no matter if it costs you a bit more.To be honest he has to give my friend a deposit of 25k back which he failed to till now, if my friend goes to his office the staff asks him to go and complain in the PS and we all knw how we are treated if we go to lodge a complain for 25k.

Also the staff is rude, uneducated, rowdism

Worst company . Cheats people and take money.

Many are hard hit by this company. They impress us with infrastructure, they show off but they are frauds.

Please never engage this company. They have been cheating us for almost 2 years and not returning our 5 lakhs. Worst company ever experienced.

Back in 2014, I invested in CMM groups, a new development in Gauribidanoor. It was recommended via my friend and I visited the site and agreed to purchase. Then in the next couple of installments, within a few months, I paid the entire money including the registration. In total, close to 1.6 lakh rupees. Now its been almost 5 years getting over and the developer not registering the place and there is no progress made as well. After so many follow-ups, they gave an agreement saying, it is transferred to your name you can register when the government allows you to register. After this, the developers either don't respond or talk rudely to avoid follow up from me.

Now without, any proper reason, any guidance, I have literally lost all the money I have invested in that property. Even the friend who helped buy has been avoiding me and asking me to go fight with the builders.

That was hard earned money, not sure why they have to cheat people. Thank god after so much of struggle, I am financially slightly better off now, but I don't want anyone else to lose any money working with CMM Group. They are cheating.

Any one invested in CMM tech park? I invested and looks like it is big mistake. There no clear information from builder on the progress.

Have booked two plots in CMM tec park layout which is behind Manyata tech park Bangalore. Gate number 5.

GGC This project near Holiday Village Road is seriously underrated. It’s in the growth belt. All friends I took along were impressed. We even saw families buying multiple acres together. Good stuff

Usually real estate guys hype too much, but this one felt genuine. The lake view part is killer. Got good vibes from the site visit, even the surroundings have proper colleges and schools. Nice investment spot, I’m telling you. project name is GGC

note: it is agriculture land they will convert to non - agriculture land

After checking multiple projects, I found Greater Golden City to be one of the most genuine layouts in South Bangalore. The location is peaceful and easily accessible from NICE Road and Banashankari. The site is massive, and I liked the open lake area and upcoming development plans. The registration process was quick, and documents were clear. I would definitely recommend this to serious investors.

The surrounding infrastructure and future developments give this project a lot of promise. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Every day I use to see ads in Paper and posters of CMM GROUPS after looking the ads, I decided to visit the site. Met Mr. Shiva He managed to convince me and we booked a site. After booking few of them gave me negative and positive feedback about CMM GROUPS. We did not bother about the views. After a month we changed our plan. Plan was to go for 2 sites in Golden Heights Project in Baglure.

Shiva was very helpful and helped us to fulfill our requirements and documentation details.

The team is very friendly and co-operative; especially I would like to thank Shiva.
