My son paid a token advance of ₹25000 for a plot near Manyata park, developed by CMM group . As we were not satisfied with the bonafides of the layout we returned the documents to them within the stipulated 10 days, but they never returned the money despite pursuing them for 2 years. They gave us a cheque after dodging us for a year, and that bounced. Be careful dealing with them.
