I m also owner of bbmp plot in greenvally. it has been more than 3 years since I saw plot fr first time. It s one of the worst layout because of all false commitment by cleartitle . Now no clubhouse no proper water no electricity . Don't fall pray to their broucher none of the amenities r close to reality. Stay away from this builder.

They sold us the plot named cleartitle greenvalley 3 years before. After 3 years of follow up they charged us 1 lakh for khata transfer& khata extract (betterment not yet paid) (150 plots X 1 lakh each) that too also after creating too much notice. No water, No electricity, sewage only for name sake. There are no amenities in the site. Already 7 families living there go and check yourself please.

They sold us agriculture land telling its BBMP A Khata which was bogus document and unfortunately some banks also approved.(as they had Tieups).

Imagine 150 family with 35 lakhs average price...scam for more than 100 crores.

Please find the attached picture. They promised us club house and this is the official document from Jamal and his team. Now they are saying that we never promised you any club house and if alL are ready to give 2.5 lakh each (150 X 2.5L) then they will build the club house. No maintenance done for the site. Cleartitle and team is too bossy, they threaten like anything once sales is done. See the below photo where it shows club house, etc in there broachers. Also in all sites like OLX/makaan.com/99acres, they have written that this is a villa project with all amenities. Ask The MD what amenities they have given.

now they are developing a new layout in same Begur Road, next to green valley by cleartitle and they will show this photo of club house to new innocence buyers.

My humble request to all, please check with the greenvalley association members once on the genuineity before you buy and plot of villa plot from this company. Please be extremely careful, you are dealing with crooks. 100 of us together went to cleartitle office and then they did khata work after taking bribe.

Please don’t get in this trap. I humble request you as we are already suffering.

I came here as a part of my profession. As the usual ad strategies, I doesn't had any expectations or hopes about the project. But this one changed my lifestyle. This place is nothing, but heaven.

Ok company. Based out in Bangalore but be sure to check the documents before buying the same.

Company has multiple properties but Khata has been a concern and this needs to be double checked again.

This Can Not be BBMP A katha until you verified with your Lawyers(Worth checking with 2 to 3 Lawyers must)

No sewage plan at all. You do not see chambers there or even pipes lay in.

The main road to lay out is under High Tension wire and please ask for approval docs whether they have approved with Electricity Board.

There are small stone quarries back to lay out. I went and asked those quarry people, they said, it will be continued.

Back side of layout there are Big Dry waste separation people and you find lots of wastage load.

Per layout plan, other side of layout should be open however it's Closed, there is village road and Electrical pole exists.

Neighbor sides of layout, you find compounds and you could see, they have written some case No and all(this you have to check twice) as around this area may be in litigation.

It's worth taking contacts of who already brought the plots.

I would like to thank cleartitle.properties Bangalore coz I was new to bangalore and was looking to buy a plot for family residence and I got an approach from team Cleartitle Properties I visited the project Just Green it was really the BEST project wherein I was happy with it and team people were so kind and marketing people, legal team supported me to get all of the required set of documents and I feel they are the best for real estate in Bangalore
