Not a good builder

CZP is not a good builder project in chennai. These guys are just cheating the customers by giving free ads. Low quality materials are used for construction and too much time to complete the project.

Its suggested to not go for this builder. Do not have preplanned and good engineers to do construction work. Don't have a proper plan for drainage related activities and water connections. He is a money minded fellow and will not care about customers. First customers should get satisfied in order to grow. Single house construction going on for more than 1.5 years and still its not reached final stage. Very worst experience.
