Yesterday I had visited suncity plotting site by citicon engineers limited. It is an outstanding opportunity to book a plot at that place. That area is in a developing stage in future within two to three years the value if the plot would reach at the peak. One of the best places to purchase a plot.

BEWARE...FRAUDS, THEIVES, CORRUPT AND DISHONEST people managing the company. PROFESSIONAL LOOTERS.

They will loot you for sure and they always take advice from their lawyers to find various ways to dupe or loot you.

We bought a flat from them, we paid the full amount through home loan, after few years, since we needed money in an emergency, we decided to sell the flat before taking possession. The builder acted as a Mediator and said he will be able to sell it to another customer/buyer and give us the flat's cost price (Rs x) + home Loan interest we paid to the bank (Rs y). He said he will keep or take his profit (Rs z) from the new buyer/customer to whom he sells the flat. We agreed and started the processing, the builder gave us the base price or the cost price of the flat (i.e. Rs x) and rest amount (i.e. Rs y) in form OF POST DATED CHEQUE. After we cancelled our registration for the flat, the builder started ignoring our calls and the cheque of amount (Rs y) bounced in bank. To save himself, the builder had given us the cheque (of Rs y) of a 3rd person who is a relative or colleague of the builder. Now we are in the process of filling a CRIMINAL AND FORGERY CASE AGAINST THE BUILDER IN HIGH COURT, CONSUMER COURT AND WILL ALSO LODGE AN FIR against him and the person whose cheque the builder gave us.

Citicon not giving flat in The Prestige after 6 yr

We booked a flat in The Prestige in 2013. After too much of project delays (flat not ready even in 2018), my loan provider stopped disbursing money to them even after my approval. Then I made payment in laks from my pocket on the assurance of getting the flat in 2-3 months. But it has been around 1 year now and there is no progress in the flat which is 80% ready. I think it is better to buy readymade flat than under construction by these builders. Citicon should be avoided if you trust my post. There are many posts on this platform which are bogus. Take your best judgement and act. All the best to everyone who is trying to have one flat for himself/family.

I have 3 investments of more 30 lakhs with Citicon since 2006 and all are in dispute. I bought a flat for 1441500 but ended up paying 22 laksh odd money with lots of back and forth visit in 8 years. Please before making any investment with any builder make sure your do a proper due diligence before pouring in your hard earn money with these loot gangs.

This citicon engineer Pvt.ltd. is a 100% pure cheating company. The owners of this company Badu brothers have cheated poor people's hard earned money. When they are asking for their money back after 6 years they are giving threats. They should be published in public. Govt. Should take strong actions against them. Their license should be cancelled.
