Surekha builder . is very good builder . When my uncle buy land in sayeed nagar . so for building house . according to sorrounding neighbour . . my uncle reached with them .

And contacted. . . Our house was going to made . The worker of this have not any itension to doing work . they work with plesantly . They give us time to complete house . . . When our house made my uncle see Them for any requirement . IT IS VREY GOOD DEVELOPER . THANKS .

Hello All,

I have Purchesed a flat at Surekha vatika from Surekha vatika. As per the commitment he didn't deliver .Epecially he does not share the mandatory docuemnts like OC/CC and the fine NOC .

Before completing the project he gave some favour to some of the owner and ask them to forma a society and runaway from the project.

The Builder peoples will talk nicely til getting the money once they got they will ran away.

So very BIG NO for this builder .

Please cross check each and every thing before book any flat from this builder if already booked please ask each and everything onetime or ask for Compensation.

Also my brother got a flat from Surekha Niwas project he allotted a different one .

Now a days there is lots of complain for the Surekha Vatika project with RERA so my advice before you finalize any deal cross check multiple times as ask for all leagal document before payment.

According to my observation serekha builders and developer pvt ltd is a well construction company in Bhubaneswar. It is well maintained and disciplines unit in construction field.its timely complete all the project as per plans and proposals. It is maintained qualities and quantities as per requirements of client. Its timely paid to daily wage's workers as well as staffs. It is very good company for building construction.

Surekha builders and developers is a good builder unit. I personally too impressed on this unit.

I am building my own house on saheed nagar for 2 months or so and must need to say this builders provided me with best unit of daily workers.

The workers takes a bit more in daily wages but their work is too good in fact best and there is a cleanliness in their work.

They do not have any intensions of not doing work in time and they give time of their own and completes it accordingly.

According to my personal experience seeing them work . I must say yes they are very talented in architecture and plannings of home.

Any work regarding to buiding go for Surekha and you will have high value of your money. All the best and thank you!
