Guys,
Please don't waste your time and money for this developer. I'm sharing my experience to help others those who are looking for plots from this builder, once trapped then it will be long battle to recover your money. Also consult your advocate before paying your hard earned money. I request you to don't pay single penny to block the site. Better option 2 months post dated cheque.
In my case,
Amount refunded partially as per terms amout needs to be settled fully. The balance amount 5000Rs is not settled though i asked several times thru call/email/ sms. The reason behind asked for refund is, my advocate advised me not buy plot unless Celebrity Prime Developers provide all the required documents which had been asked multiple times, rather than providing required documents Celebrity Prime employees tried to convince me and dragged me for almost 3 months.
Because of this reason we did not have any agreement. Later i asked for refund of 50K, after long battle one day ALI told me that your cheque is ready, soon after i went to collect my refund i had realized that, they had settled only 45K and remaining 5K they told that i will check and get back to me.
But now Ali and Sanjeer is not answering my calls.
Finally i'm reaching to consumer court to do needful.
Still, im ready for registration if celebrity prime provides me the documents which i had been asked multiple times.
Finally, Mr. MD of celebrity prime,
Please don't try to exploit money from us. I came know that, Sanjeer and Ali are well trained to cheat people with their false promises and fake reasons to postpone.

Till above lines were written in Google reviews as well and filled a dispute in consumer court, after 10 days i got a call from Mohammad Sanjeer with kind words with apology and told me that from his pocket he is going settled my 5k. With out hesitation i told him that i don't want to lose my single penny which i had earned with my sweet and blood. Surprisingly he is trying to bargain to reduce in 5k also.
At least he asked me to remove my negative reviews in Google.
Unexpectedly Sanjeer transferred me 5k with in 15 minutes.
It took almost 6 months to recover my money back. Please mindful before putting your money anywhere.
Bottom line I'm saying you who are trying to buy plot from this builder.
1.Pay with postdated cheque and block your plot
2.Consult your lawyer for legal opinion
From this experience i came to know that once you loose your money it's very much difficult to recover.
