No Amenities even after 5 years- worst developer

Review On Celebrity Housing Projects, Bangalore

I own a villa in Celebrity Grandeur(Phase II of Celebrity housing Projects). The Project is supposed to be a gated community with around 180 plots. However, Celebrity has so incorrectly planned this that the main road has to be open for public and this road also serves prime connectivity to Celebrity Golden Treasure and Celebrity Prime City. As a result, managing security in the layout is a major concern for the residents.

Regarding amenities, Celebrity has not fulfilled a single element as per their commitments. The area demarcated for Swimming pool and Tennis courts are still patch of bushes. Roads(main and other lanes) are in sorry states. Layout boundary walls are of 3 feet height at places and porous at others. Residents have built a Kids play area at their own cost. Only one bore-well had been provided by Celebrity for 180 plots and no street lights had been installed. Residents only have taken up the developmental activities and working towards it with their own fund.

Moreover, Celebrity is no showing interest in completing the committed amenities and focusing on selling other projects such as Celebrity Serenity and Harmony.
