Since the past few months and years, it has been seen that the developers have been tweaking the prices of the projects and the property rates. This has led to them earning more margin and profits overall, however this is not profitable for the buyers.

There have been tremendous cases of formation of nest out of any form of shredded paper, grass clippings and leaves. This needs to improve with proper nesting done in place with good examination services in place.

This is one of the major concerns since many of the real estate flats are not situated any where near by closer to the local railway stations and that has caused some of the major problems. This also increases the commute time to travel and the incurred cost for travelling.
