This has been a graving problem since a long time now that the investors who had purchased good amount of property at lower rates are unable to search for buyers who can now buy their properties after reducing the price lower than the purchase value.

There have been grave financial crisis and situations where the investors have not been able to Non Banking Financial Companies that have led to in turn not getting the money been funded to developers to actively increase their area of expansion in the re development sectors.

The maintenance fee at this place is unberably high, yet the serves that they provide us do not match to the fees that they are taking.

There are some problems with the area because the land on which the building is built is slum rehabilitation land, so we don't know what issues we are going to face, but there may be some in the future.

It has been one of the most urgent needs that the bus system that would transport a group of people from a remote parking structure to their destination needs to be in service and in execution phase. However there is no such facility.

These builders lauched a new project on the area that was earmarked for amenities and reduced the amenities space and the open spaces and greenery that they promised us! We paid the money for the peace of mind, greenery and some relaxation and productive time that we will get because of the amenities! It is horrible to get to know that we did not get all of this!

After handing over the token to the builder, either the owner faces lack of possession or somehow the title is not clear which was not quite relevant when the builder pitches the specifications to the clients. This needs to change and the proper submission of title should be made effective.

The surrounding land has no great demand both from investors or buyers. This was not the case previously. The local brokers are not been able to get wind of the launch as either the properties are of very high range or either NRI investors have been lacking to show interest in very expensive properties because of demand side factors.
