Bhoomi acre phase 2 in thane ghodbunder is over hyped project of bhoomi group. Pricing is high and area very less. Also 2 years maintenance amount paid to him is not transferred to the society. The builder is very arrogant and will not refund your money.

You will lose your hard earned money. Beware of such fraud bulder. He should be blacklisted.

Denied the Recipt for the Token amount

Anyone going for fresh booking and giving token money then please ensure you get a proper receipt and the allotment letter in letter head.

Not a good experience for me as they did not provided any receipt to me for the token amount. Also they just provided the allotment confirmation on a plain paper instead of a letter head. Not upto mark with regards to professionalism.

Living at Bhoomi Acres in Thane west has been a wonderful experience. Coming home feels warm and comfortable, thanks to the ease of lifestyle that the building provides. It’s peaceful but social, if you know what I mean. Very happy resident of Bhoomi Acres!
