Babji Projects alias Babji Developers has duped me of my hard earned savings. Do not trust their construction company.

They have no competence in construction and the quality is immensely poor. A number of people have filed a case against their project Babji Raj - which is completely illegal. They are hand in glove with local politician. But illegal papers don't ensure pathetic construction.

This company is owned by thugs - Mansoor Yemani and Shabbir Totanawala. They are very good during initial interactions when they have to take money from unsuspecting customers looking for a home or investment. Once they have your money, they will make you run around and wait. Most of there projects in Gottigere in Bangalore are pathetic.

There is leakage, cracks in the wall, and even electrical hazards. Most importantly, they do not have proper documents. They do illegal deviations and do not provide Occupation certificate etc. which is required by law. Avoid at all cost.

Babji Projects group are the one of the best builders in Bangalore Known for there quality and service. I worked in Real estate company and I felt Babji is the best among every one.

customer can rely, believe on Babji developer because what ever they will tell you during meeting or client meeting that all will get included in the property.

Babji builders are always trustworthy and you will feel there service as the Best customer service in the Bangalore in Real estate company. you can call them any time there customer care service will reply you soon will come to your home to make you understand and to understand your requirements and they will give you good price so that you will not even feel for further negotiation. They will give you good time to deposit your cheque and even you will get notification message for your required payments if you forget in your heavy work loads.I have strong believe on the Babji builders and on theirs projects because they have all the legal documents and they have BBMP approvals if you want to see they can give you the carbon copy.

Good Aspects about this builder is that They are not selling home flats they are selling relationship of trust with all their customers, they are so fast in customer handling, solving their queries, showing the best home in their budget and making their Dream in to reality with the different scheme so that they don't feel burden for their loan and heavy EMI.

Babji builders will full fill all your expectation and will make your dream house true. I recommend Babji builder to the people who wants a trust full relationship with the builder and who is looking for good quality home with strong customer care service and you will get at reasonable price without any kind of deviation in your project.

I have purchased a flat in Gottigere from Babji Developers. However, there behavior after the payment is made is highly unprofessional.

They have been delaying possession and there paper work is also not good. In most buildings they build illegal floors.

This means the owner does not get a valid possession certificate. Although there projects look good from exterior, the quality of construction is not good.

They also cheat on actual carpet area. The loading percent is 33%..

Highly not recommended.
