I was working in Hyderabad while i had to travel to bangalore for my business trips on every trip i had to spend 3-5Lac significantly just for stay on multiple hotels as after a few days stay they staff keep neglecting they guest or take casually.

But it ended with atco when i meet ms manisha on the office and she explained how a budgetary flat solution she have.

Which put less tension on my wallet and maximum freedom

The Experience of visiting the site with Atco team was excellent, The Associate was well aware of the project & gave full information & explained the project very well.

The Experience with Atco Projects has been excellent, Well disciplined and behaved staffs, very approachable and supportive.

The projects are well planned keeping in mind the market requirements and end user / buyers needs.

Lot of effort is gone in planning and the excellent execution skills.

Very dependable and have completed and am sure will complete all projects on time with high level of customer satisfaction.

Being a Mumbaikar, I always had an apprehension of moving and settling down in an unknown metropolitan city… Bangalore. I started hunting for a house as soon as I landed in Bangalore. Initially, I had very bad experiences with some of the other builders and very soon I came across this Atco Builders and Developers. I approached them in a skeptical manner and to my surprise I felt that I had come across one of the best sales team. They were not only co-operative and polite but also good professionals, giving all the details and making me feel that all builders are not same. The sales transition went on smoothly, better than my expectations and I bought a flat in Atco Sapphire. Even now if I approach the atco guys, they are always there to help in the best possible way they can.I would like to thank the entire Atco team with whom I had been interacting(rather bothering) for lot many things.

The builder is excellent and has delivered. Even after facing problems like corona, demonitization and many other things. The project was completed and made good amount of profit. The management has been very cooperative and helpful

Atco sapphire builder and its staff are really helpful. The builder was very flexible from day one of interaction and have been very open and transparent. We were searching for a home from a long time but couldn't get a completely satisfying option. When we visited Atco we felt it was awesome. We purchased one flat (E Block flat no. 201 in Atco), but that time problem was to move-in early because paying rent and emi simultaneously is quite difficult for us. We spoke to Atco employees regarding problem they understood the circumstances and gave us permission to shift before registration. We were really delighted with the extended support and the willingness to go that extra mile to give an excellent customer service is really appreciable. Things that we were worried about were made so easy by them. They always gave ample way out and plenty of solutions. Their team was always just a call away whenever we needed help

What ever they promised at time of buying is not been delivered, and project having deviation from the given plan at time of buying, not even boundaries are done forget about aminities.

At the time of selling builder promised many things now they are changing the entire project plan/layout .Even after 7years of project start builder has not completed anything. Don't waste your money here .
